The buildings of Amaia Steps Bicutan are arranged in an L-shape fashion which offers a better aerial and more unique view compared to the common linear shape used by most properties. There are three building clusters in the area named Aria, Blanca and Clara. The building clusters comprise of with two buildings that are named Building A and Building B. Aria Building A and Aria Building B is lined along Sun Valley Drive. Retail shops are located on these buildings. The two other building clusters, Bla0.nca and Clara, are arranged facing each other. Blanca’s Building A and Building B is lined along West Service Road.

The main entrance to the property is located between Aria A and Blanca B. A 24-hour security posts will be provided at the entrance to ensure the safety and security of the residents. The central courtyard located between Blanca Building A and Building B gives access to the clear, open sky and some peace and quiet for people who want to unwind and rest their minds. Children in the community will have to opportunity to get acquainted with other kids of their age at the safe children’s play area that will be located between Clara Building A and Building B.

All units will be delivered telephone and cable ready and equipped with a sprinkler system. The walls and ceiling will be painted concrete. It will also be delivered complete with basic items such as toilet, bath fixtures, natural ventilation and kitchen sink with base cabinet. There will also be a provision for washer and dryer in the toilet and bath. Wet area surfaces will be lined with ceramic tiles and the windows will have aluminum frames. The common hallways and the units will be lined with vinyl tiles.

Latest Construction Updates

Last January 2017, the turnover for Aria Building A and Aria Building B units have begun. The property has strived to deliver a full living experience to its unit owners by opening its neighborhood retail strip with a few stores such as Kambal Pandesal, Binalot and Nailandia pending to open soon. A BDO branch was also opened.

.By February 2017, 53% of the units in Aria Building A and 11% of the units in Aria Building B have been turned over. Meanwhile, the function rooms located in Aria Building B ground floor will be completed in June 2017.

Completion of construction of the other buildings and turnover of units is still awaiting announcement.
